Larry Levine, co-founder of Red Rock Financial Group has over 12 years of experience serving as a financial advisor and licensed stockbroker to individuals and businesses. With his wide range of industry experience in basic fixed income, advanced wealth management, and complex retirement plan structures, he can give you the right tools for financial success. His consultative approach to addressing customer needs, and assisting and training team members plays a critical role in building our company’s rock solid infrastructure. By creating and implementing a long-term strategy for Red Rock Financial, you can be sure that Mr. Levine and his team will guide you through your financial future with expertise, compassion, and certainty. Moreover, currently serves as the company’s president. Larry has over 12 years of experience as a financial adviser and consultant serving the needs of both individuals and business owners. Larry adds a wealth of knowledge to our team given his wide range of industry experience ranging from the most basic fixed income financial instruments to advanced wealth management strategies and complex executive retirement plan structures. Benjamin B. Garland
Senior Vice President & Managing Principal
Benjamin is a co-founder of Red Rock Financial Group and has a passion for working with commercial clients and small business owners. With over six years of industry experience, Ben has developed a passion for working side by side with employers to improve the lives of the people they employ. The majority of Ben’s experience is in insurance, risk management, workers compensation, employee benefits, and strategic financial planning for businesses. Benjamin has degrees in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona, as well as a background in small business development. Being a business owner himself, Benjamin has an authentic concern for the needs of his clients; he brings a sincere compassion to work with him every day. He works specifically with mid to large commercial clients to help them better protect their employees, reduce risk, and enhance the workplace environment. Benjamin has additional experience in real estate investment, property management, asset protection, & risk mitigation.

Minette Goldsmith
Treasurer
Minette has been in Tucson doing residential mortgage loans and banking for the last 8 years. Prior to that, she was in the New York City Metro area doing commercial mortgages and commercial lending. Minette has an MBA from New York University, a MS in accounting from Adelphi University, and her CPA designation as a result of working with Coopers and Lybrand. Minette currently works as a Vice President at Southern Arizona Community Bank; her skills is in banking and finance make her an excellent member of our a team and a strong banking partner.
