The Red Rock Round Up

The Red Rock Round Up program is ours sales program that has been designed to support the sales efforts of motivated sales professionals. Our program has been designed around the needs of sales professionals and based on over 20 years of insurance sales experience. Our producers and our principals use this system every day; this program is what drives the income of our firm, our producers, and will drive increased income for you. What follows is a summary of our program.

Lead Generation

As you know, lead generation is the backbone of any sales effort. The more access you have to prospects, the greater your production potential. Our sales reps are provided with a comprehensive list of leads in their area to focus on. You know what environments you are most comfortable selling in, that is why we let you define your ideal target and geographical area of focus; then we provide you leads based on your parameters.

Lead Qualification

All sales programs put emphasis on lead generation. What most programs fail to emphasize is lead qualification which we invest heavily in on your behalf. Our clerical staff is paid to provide research and background information on every lead before it reaches your desk and filter your leads so that you only receive the ones with the greatest potential. Our system guarantees that every call you make will be timely, relevant, and have the highest possible chance of producing business.

Scheduling & Time Management

As a producer, one of your biggest challenges is managing and balancing your time. We know that you want to focus your time on what you do best: selling! That is why our clerical staff will take care of all of the administrative work to support your sales efforts including: populating your daily schedule, providing you with a rolling 12 month list of sales to-do’s regarding your pipeline, and provides you with up-to-date research and information on your daily prospects.

Our system gives you a 35,000 foot view of your production and manages every detail of your day to day prospecting & servicing.
