Pay cards combine the benefits of direct deposit with a Visa debit card, for a paperless payroll that protects you and your employees against theft and fraud. Your employees can choose to have all or a portion of their pay credited to their pay card. Because it’s a Visa debit card, they can get cash from any Visa member bank, without a checking or savings account.
